Oceandune Estate Guest Certificate and Access Form

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all residents and guests, compliance with the following Estate Rules is mandatory.

Occupancy & Visitors

• Only registered guests listed on the booking may access the Estate.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per bedroom, including children under 18.
• No visitors permitted.
• Non-compliance may result in a R5,000 fine and/or immediate eviction.

Noise & Conduct

• Please be considerate of residents and neighbouring units.
• No loud music, shouting, screaming, parties, events, photo shoots, or commercial activities.
• Keep televisions, speakers, and music at a reasonable volume at all times.

Use of the Unit

• Units are for private holiday accommodation only.
• Business activities, unlawful conduct, property damage, nuisance, or unsafe behaviour are strictly prohibited.

Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is permitted inside units only, provided it does not affect neighbours.
• No smoking or vaping in common areas.
• No alcohol permitted in pool areas.

Pool & Recreational Facilities

• Pool hours: 05:00 to 21:00.
• Proper swimwear must be worn.
• Guests must dry off before entering lifts and corridors.
• No glass bottles or glassware in pool areas.
• Adults may not use the children's slide.
• Pool towels are required.

Braais & Fire Safety

• Gas braais only. Charcoal braais, open fires, and flame-based cooking devices are prohibited.
• Fire equipment and fire escapes are for emergency use only.
• Misuse or false alarms may result in a R5,000 fine.

Security & Access Control

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the Estate.
• Wristbands must be worn and returned upon departure (R100 charge per wristband not returned).
• No sharing of biometric access or tailgating through access gates.

Fire Safety & Emergency Evacuation

• If the fire alarm sounds, remain calm, leave immediately via the nearest safe exit, and use the stairs. Do not use the lifts.
• Do not stop for belongings. Proceed to the designated assembly point and remain there until the all-clear is given.

Refuse, Pets & Common Property

• Dispose of refuse in the designated bin rooms, not in passages or common areas.
• No pets allowed.
• Do not feed or disturb wildlife, including monkeys.
• No visible laundry, washing lines, or personal belongings on balconies or common property.
• Please respect exclusive-use gardens and landscaped areas.

Vehicles & Parking

• Maximum speed limit: 20 km/h. Pedestrians always have right of way.
• Park only in your allocated bay. Illegally parked vehicles may be clamped (R500 release fee) or towed.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Vehicles exceeding 2.1m in height are not permitted in basement parking.
• Trailers require prior written approval. Caravans are not permitted.

• For accommodation-related queries, please contact your host or owner.
• Security personnel are responsible for Estate safety and cannot assist with keys, deliveries, or booking-related matters.
• Please treat all staff, residents, and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.

Important: Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, suspension of access privileges, and/or immediate removal from the Estate.
